Is there a replacement for our cars instead of using used 20+ year old ones that someone has installed?

I took my car out for a short drive today, just because I was curious how it would accelerate. Anyway, when I got home and opened the hood, I discovered three things. 1. Oil pours down the front of the engine, I think from the little bolt on cover on the timing cover but also from between the head and the timing cover.   2.
