what needs to be done to go from a 1G mas to a Maft set up?

I have a problem with my transmission. When I accelerate, the transmission used to make a loud, oscillating, clanking noise. Now it just squeaks. And it also clanks when I have the clutch all the way and shift into reverse... It's really been bothering me, so has anyone else had this problem?     And also, I'm trying to clean up my engine bay. What all can be removed and still have the car run? We don't have emissions testing here, so everything is fair game.

Like the title says. im in need to a new Thermostat housing piece that bolts up to the rest of the manifold. i had a sensor snap in it when i was trying to change them out. NEEDED ASAP! pm me or post here price plus shipping
