on dads website whats the difference between the stress releived and the regular exhuast manifold and what kind of power gain am i looking at if i go with either one of those compared to stock?

just waiting on my custom tep 8:5:1 pistons and i will have my engine out back together and hopefully my painfull two months of getting made fun of at school will pay off (after i break in my engine and clutch of course) when i kick the crap out of my friends hondas annd integras ugghh. So im running the factory turbo on my quest and im not sure of the mileage because there has been some engine work done to the car before i got it. But the car has 122k miles on it. Anyway i was driving home today from work (barley boosting it) and all of a sudden i smell oil. i get home and pop my hold and low and behold it looks like its coming from the fitting where the oil line goes into the turbo and there is oil saturated all around it.Does this mean the seal or fitting is shot? the boost
