1. I did the TPS/ICS reset on my 89 auto and on decelation the rpm will surge from 1100 to 1500 rpm. What did I do wrong? The operation itself of doing the reset seems simple but I'm doing something wrong.   On a side note when I move forward from a stop the car kinda boggs then goes.
