If i got hard piping from the filter to the turbo and ran an open filter, do i have to worry about running lean?

Does anyone know the turbo exhaust valve id numbers? I got a spare caravan head with G5S stamped onto the exhaust valves. The intake valves have G5 stamped on them but I believe all motors have the same intake valve size, turbo or non-turbo.
