im bringing my car to my school shop soon and Im removing the condencer also Im doing the timming chain. i was thinking of replacing the gears and replaceing the balence components. What are all the parts i need? and Are there any brands i should stay away from?

So i've been looking for front shock inserts for my 84 but could only come up with widebody ones. I know that the housing are different between the two, but is the shock the same?   Dan

im looking to buy a 4:22 gear set. Must be in good condition of course.
