my car wont boost past 8 psi any more is it cuz i changed air filters went with a k and n filet but the car still gets on it its just it wonnt boost past 8 psi any ideals y ??

I have contacted Fip with no reply. I have their fc-1 fuel controller that I was using for tbpro2 and now need to switch to mpi but from what I've read I need their resistor pack and can't seem to locate one considering they don't reply. Does anybody know how to make one or know where I can pick one up?   Also, do I need anyhing else for that computer to run my magna.   Thanks guys!!
