Just wondering if a thermostat (if I remember it was a 190-195 degree Stant) would cause the CTS to act goofy after warmup?   Car runs and idles "O.K" at initial start-up, but if I drive a few miles and stop at a light or turn it off for a few minutes, when I start up again it drops a few hundred RPMs.   Do these things have anything to do with one another or is it a TPS/ISC related issue?   Just wondering   Thanks -N8

I have what used to be a very pretty 88 starion. Rio red, all black leather. About 150k on the chassis and about 50k on the engine. Front end collison. Hood, radiator, drivers fender, drivers headlight and front bumper are history. Everything else is in great shape. Shp polished rims and 700 dollars worth of 6 month old goodyear rubber.
