build your own solar panels

Anyone here ever build there own solar panels? You can do it for cheep, so I have really been thinking about it. The cheep harbor freight panels (are first off old not very efficient tec) and they still want like $150 for them. They also make like 40W of power. I can buy untabed cells (polycristile which are much better then the HF one's) and tab all the wire to them, make my own matrix (36 6"X6" cell matrix) and encapcalate them under glass and make a frame for around $50-$60 each and th

Ok, I was wondering if anyone has the part #s for the two tools needed to replace the balance shaft bearings on our motors. I decided not to eliminate the balance shafts, and wanted to replace the bearings while the motor is out to be on the safe side..
