what are you guys using?

So my car has no power steering. I know these cars came with power steering, and there is fluid in my car, so that must mean my power steering pump is bad? I think my suspension is shot, every single bump I go over goes straight to the steering wheel, and I feel like I'm steering an old fashioned sail boat. The bumps pull my steering off to one side, and it takes a real effort to just drive around, because I have to hold the steering wheel in the center.   What do you guys think?   All help is

Took it to Tire Barn and they tell me they can't adjust the camber to spec. (no adjustment ~ -1.6deg).   I find it hard to believe it's not adjustable.   What do I need to do to get it back in spec?   Centers have separated from insulators at top strut mounts. Will that cause too much neg. camber?   Anything else cause it?     While I'm at it.
