My saw caught on fire lol

So I was using my mitre saw to chop the painted ends off the firewood I got. Cutting through the last piece the saw made a funny noise. I set the last piece aside and pulled the trigger on the saw again to see what was up. The blade slowed way down suddenly, made bad noises, then sparks shot out of the motor and it burst into flames. So I casually unplugged it, opened the garage door and took it outside to watch it burn. Time for a new saw I guess. At least it finished all the firewood be
ring gear question

Just bought an 87 esi-r a month ago. The teeth on the ring gear are destroyed and i've been looking for a flywheel (affordable) for awhile now with no luck. I heard that the flywheel from a dodge ram 50 was interchangable. I looked it up at oreilly's and its $45 for the ring gear. Problem is i don't know if it'll work. I've been searching the internet for an answer without finding it. The ring gear has 132 teeth. Will it work with a stock starion starter? Sorry about the paragraph but i wanted t

For those who like to have fires or heat their home with wood there are free places to get wood. Visit your local lumber yard. I don't mean home depot. It has to be an actual lumber yard that sells cut wood. They will have a scrap bin where they dump all the small pieces. They have to pay the trash co to get rid of it so they offer it free to people wanting firewood. In areas where lots of people heat their homes with wood they may charge a small fee.
