When you turn the key on, the fuel pump runs for only a couple of seconds which is not enough. Leave the key on and pop the hood. Every plug in the engine bay was re-cleaned, soldered, with heat shrink on everything that didn't have it or I felt needed it.   New injector clips also.   Make offer, complete wiring harness. It's in my way... as I have a new light race harness and standalone in the car.
