First run I ran a 13.46@101mph, 2nd pass 13.49@101mph, 3rd wastegate tube came off and broke up 15.1, 4th pass 13.39@102, final pass 13.33@107 All 60ft right around 1.86-1.89 Standard Firestone 225/50 rear tires No spinning leaving at 3500

im a new owner im 17 years old and love my car but she wont get any ground to the fuel injectors I have new fuel pump and fuel injectors the fuel gets to the injectors but can not pass through them I have 12 volts just no ground please help! I have a 1987 Chrysler conquest 5 speed.
