How do you tighten the balance shaft bolts? The timing chains are on. I tried grabbing the crank pulling and having someone tighten the bolts but I can't get all the way to 45 pounds.

Needs some gremlins ironed out any thoughts would be great.   1. redoing my grounds got the one on the engine under the battery and grounded the alt. going to do the one behind the instrment cluster and the computer on the kick panel and the one on the fuse block in the engine bay and the one for the relay tree.   how important is the one under the drivers seat?   2. Ok, im 1/2 way tuning up my car, and I want to replace my ignition coil. There's two screws that are used to mount the coil to the circular mount that screws into the body of the car. I cant seem to get enough leverage with a screwdriver to loosen them, and it looks like if I really try toooo hard, I might strip the screws and then Ill never get the mount off. Well I replaced all the o rings in the engine bay, and filled with freon just to find that the main pressure switch is leaking and I am pretty sure the secondary switch is not functioning. I looked on napa, orileys, and rockauto's websites and can not find replacement parts for these two pressure switches. Any one have any clue were to get replacements.
