Prostrate sugery , been a fun day i bet tonite will even be more fun

I was wondering why the seat belt connector the one's next to the console don't move back to accommodate the driver when the seat is all the way back, the belt ends up hitting me in the thigh instead of my waist...is there an easy fix,thanks.
