Best Method to Flush Power Steering?

Ok, seeing how the person before me installed the fuel filter backwards, Im willing to bet he put normal power steering fluid too. The steering makes a moaning noise and I checked the level and it was full (although there is a small leak on top of the steering box). Also, it was a little foamy when I checked the dipstick. So, I want to completely flush the fluid out and put new (trans) fluid. I was thinking of just opening the bleeder on top of the steering box (and connect a hose) while

87 Quest: RollOn Paint Project

Well i have finally decided that i am tired of getting negative comments on my car looking like it needs ALOT of help. The biggest area it needs it is in the paint department. I remember back about 10 years ago i saw an article in hotrod about doing your own paintjob for $98 and i was hooked. Been interested in the concept ever since. I feel now is the time.
