Rocker arms availability

My car has started tap classes. Its a fully rebuilt and assembled my my mechanic with hydralic lifters. the only thing not new on the head is the rockers. At one time the car would tick then after warmup go away before and after recent rebuild. As of a few weeks ago I noticed it getting worse as in loud and not going away after warm up. So as directed by Dad he said to inspect and check for blockages and oil flow passages etc.but I want to be prepared if i need a rocker, Now if the rocker seats
Coolant Leaking Into the Cab. Caution, Wet Floor.

I would post this in Virtual Mechanic but I'm too new to post in there. (someday I'll be able to post with the pros...) Anyway, my car (87 Conquest TSI) is leaking a greenish substance, that I believe to be coolant, into the passenger side foot area. It's leaking from behind the center of the dashboard right behind the radio and HVAC controls down and down the side of the transmission hump.
