Looking for a v.good quality c.cover, to withstand cold N.E. winters and hot and humid summers. What cha got ?thanx

Looking for a chunk of right rear strut tower, had to chop part of mine out due to rust. If looking into the wheelwell it would be the upper right corner, can send a pic of mine with the chunk cut out if that helps.
