    By drift_king,
Hey guys getting my fuel rail finished for my aeromotive fpr. I plan on running 40 psi base pressure. I want to mount a fuel pressure gauge on the cowl outside my hood so I'm going with a marine oil pressure gauge backlit. Should I go with the 80 psi gauge or the 100 psi gauge. I don't think im going to be seeing boost levels over 20 psi I dowbt ill need 100 psi at anytime. What do you guys think?

It was love at first sight. I'll never forget the first time I slid behind the wheel. The dash lit up like Knight Rider (the Trans Am version). Michael Knight could've been talking about the SQ's when he uttered, 'what the hell is this, Darth Vader's bathroom??' So many lights and buttons set against the gleaming black leather. I was awestruck. The fender bulges under that gleaming Fiji finish and the rake of the cars stance let you know right away that this car was serious. I remember thinki

Ok so i have an 88 innercooled car with slop in the compressor and an 86 non innercooled turbo that feels perfect. Being the comp housings are slightly different does anyone know for sure if they re innerchangable? It looks as if the innercooled compressor housing is bigger.

'89 running rich and stalling, possible cam?

    By mbruneaux,
Just bought an '89 TSI and it is running very rich. The injector wiring is suspect but the previous owner says it is running solid lifters instead of hydraulic lifters. Will solid lifters work properly with a hydraulic cam? Supposedly a mechanic performed a leak down test and said the intake valves were leaking but I don't think that will make it run rich or act like it's running rich. Thanks for your help.
