oil pressure is too low- Pictures

I attached two photos. one is from my old one (4~5 years ago) and one is from current one ( 88 Tsi Auto) If you see the second photo It is at around 66mile per an hour. but even I go 80mile per an hour oil pressure is almost same level ( below middle ) with the second one you see. I use to use regular engine oil 4~5 years but now I am using Mobile Synthetic anyone knows what is the problem? and do I need to fix this?

running new electrical and vacuum lines

Hey guys so I'm planning to rewire my entire engine, as many of you know the electrical of these cars is crap, and also I'm gonna be running new vacuum lines because according to the damn smog place I have a leak somewhere Anyways, I want to do a wire tuck and while I'm at it probably relocate the battery and relays and whatnot. Any tips for finishing this and still have my car running smooth (err, smoother) and not catch fire?
Wiper repair

I know several people have had issues with their wipers in the past. Weather it be the nut on the stud coming loose and causing the wiper post to "walk" in the cowl of the car.. (which mine did) or just the wipers being slow even on high. There was a write up for fixing the motor and regreasing it. I had to buy some new linkages and post from SOTTY to fix mine, and i could figure out why when i tightened the nuts on them, the wipers would slow down. After some looking i figured it out. There u
