the 88 starion i just bought is kinda bad by the left rear tire. are there replacement 1/4r parts available or am i going to have to spend some time fabricating?

i thought there is a difference from auto seat belt to non auto seat beltsas far as the headliner goes   i just bought one that i thought was a non auto,,,but i see that it is no different than the one that i have now i have an 85 car there is a piece of trim along the side that covers the edge,,and the headliner is made from vinyl i know the front piller trim and rear piller are different but are the headliners the same????   if i have to i will take the 85 apart to see if there is a differenc
