I live in Rhode Island and need a Highly skilled mech. to swap all the high perf. stuff from a wrecked conguest to a stock starion....Its got $16,000 worth of Modds...CMN #4 suspension.....Parts would enclude: eng., turbo, struts, tranny, turbo timer, elec. box for two extra injectors, radiator, 3" exhast........Will pay $2000. for job done complete ;please help.

Your radiator is over 12 years old and it's probably nasty.   Rod Out - Rodding out a radiator means to remove usually one or more tanks from a radiator and to insert a flat rod, which is smaller than the width of the tube, into the tube by pushing that rod through until it comes out the other side of the radiator or core.This is done repeatedly through all the tubes in the radiator.
