foot/face actuator
By Ernie88TSi,
Anyone got any ideas on how to remove the foot/face actuator without removing the entire freakin' dash. My actuator is leaking off vacuum so no matter what it's pushing a good amount of air out of the foot vents. This causes the annoying problem of my poor little footsies getting frostbite thru my shoes when I have the A/C cranked. Also, it's not a vac line problem... already tried that. It is definately leaking out of the rod side of the acuator.

I'm looking at this site and wondering who picked out the colors...lol. Don't get me wrong here, it's not the color that makes me come here, it's the info...and it's starting to be the people. I called Walbro and they said that pump flows 255lph which is alot . I ordered one in and it is an inline pump with a 1/2" inlet and a banjo nipple on the outlet . The stock ban
DUAL INTERCOOLERS on an 87! pics!
By Adi,
I am in the prosess of fabbing in a second intercooler next to the stock one....I did some math and decided this should help cool the air about 25% more in addition to the cooling of the stocker. Â
I moved the radiator overflow to undernethe of the coil when in stock location...it rub gently against the a/c pump but no damage should occur. Â to the bottle of the pump. Â I removed the a/c fan from infront of the condensor. Â the bracket that holds it and the bracket that held the overflow can
