Looking if anyone have a throttle body with the injector and maf sensor with housing for sell? Located in Sacramento CA 1984 Starrion

Having some issues where my starquest, almost acts as if there’s a boost leak if I slightly press on the gas pedal, if I bump it it’ll rev just fine. I know the idle is off as well. The timing has been set exactly where it should be. I’m also assuming my idle air control valve (the thing that’s 500$+ to buy) is going bad but that’s just idle. The car runs overly rich. I was wondering if the 2.6 turbo throttle body would mount onto the 2.6 non turbo intake manifold. 

My project car is missing the wiper fluid cap. It will be a while before it's even drivable but I wonder if these caps are relatively universal?
