    OH NO!!!

The data center where the site was housed on a Virtual Machine was shut down. The person who was in charge of the VM never saw the emails about migrating because it was flagged as spam and went to his junk folder. Long story short, they turned off the lights and locked the door without SQC being migrated to a new server.

Unfortunately the most viable backup to use is from Nov. 2015 so we lost numerous posts and registered members. If you joined after that date you will need to register again.

The new site requires you to use the email address in your profile to log into SQC and whatever password you had back in 2015. If you don’t remember your password there is a “Forgot your password?” option at the bottom of the Sign In block. If you don’t remember the email you used in your profile contact one of the Moderators for assistance or email loginhelp@starquestclub.com

    just a lil wish..

    Roller Cam Dynamics

    Tim_C.
    By Tim_C.,
OK, the problems with the roller cam can be overcome.  We are sure it will work on mine when I get this thing back together.  The reason there are issues are all due to the smaller base circle needing used to get the higher lift, and take advantage of the roller cam lobe dynamics.  The shape of the roller cam lobe is steper, and wider at the top, so it holds snaps the valve open all the way faster, and it holds it there longer, over the same time period as a non-roller. This dynamic also allows

What does everyone think about this hood scoop on an 89 Quest? The photo is a little rough but you can tell what it would look like. Go to http:/photos.yahoo.com/ramdude94

    Compressor Map Selector

    By JoshA,
I know that there was some talk about getting compressor maps on the site, but you could take it to the next level.  Take a look at this most excellent excel spreadsheet somebody made.  It would be awfully cool to have a simplified version of something like this on the site, maybe in the form of a Java applet.   Of course, we would need all the maps for our compressor options.  Anybody know the best source for the maps?  Maybe I'll start tinkering   http://home.attbi.com/~hyc/dyno/turbosize.xl
