I got a Mechanical grind PDX cam last month and I have been running it in my car for about 2 weeks and I like it.  It was the level 2 upgrade.  It idles a little lumpy with my 1gen mas and stock exhaust , but it pulls hard to 6500 rpms.  Im improving the exhaust shortly (right now stock exhaust).  and I will raise the boost above the stock levels and hopefully by the first week in oct I will get some dyno time.  Want some Hp / Trq #s.  Might switch the stock cam back for baseline #s.

In the middle of assembling my cylinder head..Bad problem. The Clearwater cylinder head is cast and machined differently than a stock head. Valves must be in a slightly different location in the cumbustion chamber so accordingly the registers that the rockers butt up agains are machine in a different location. Roller rockers hit each other in the middle. So after having the head custom ported and solid broze guides installed and all the related parts to install the Banshee Roller Cam I am screwe

I taped my A/F guage on for test reasons to my steering colum. I actu;;y liked the location of it too. I was planning on getting guage pods for the a pillar, but haven't yet.   So I made this out of 22 guage steel, welded it adn covered it in leather. It didn't turn out to bad at all.   Let me konw what you think. I'm not sold on it, but it looks better than black tape.         Shawn

i was talking w/ a friend of mine today.  he builds F1 cars and specializes in carbon fiber.  he is hands down, awesome.  i have some of his work in my evo, and it's the nicest i've ever seen.   my point......   he has offered to make a carbon intake manifold that would allow for more injectors.  he would work w/ us on the design.  i'm just looking for a place to start w/ it.  anyone have a design that they think would work?  i was talking w/ richie rich and he thinks the magna might be a good
