    How do I remove the needles from the cluster?

    Hi guys, I got a guage-face kit from speedhut and last night I was trying to put it all together. The fuel, temp, battery and oil pressure are done. I cant figure out how to remove the needles from the Speedo, tach and boost guage.   I dont wanna pull them out by force so can anyone tell me how they come off?   Thanks in advance Charlynne.
