i need a good working isc i believe this is whats wrong with my car i unplug it, it runs fine the problem is it runs rough/rich untill warm like its running off 3 cylinders

95 shipped. This is the real thing not the rfl style like u see on ebay. I cant find the washers it came with, but you can use any. Offcourse we know the washers are to tighten the spring to prevent leaks. It did not leak on my car. I want to get an hks ssqv that's why i'm selling.
