240 mm lightened or aluminum flywheel

If you are using a fort TB for the 96-02 mustang (same as on many other 2 valve 4.6/5.4 motors) then you may need to adjust the throttle stop nut/screw.   I've noticed these are typicaly set to almost closed which will starve the motor for idle air. I've been playing with an SDS lately, I had to turn that screw a good 4 or 5 turns to get the idle stabalized. Unless you have an idle bypass setup, you may want to adjust this before you screw with the fuel settings too much.   Just an FYI...
