I actually run a cat and most emissions parts, and can obviously lean out for the actual sniff test, but I don't see any way I'm passing a visual. Anyone CA owners have advice other than "know" someone who knows someone.

Ok so I'm having what seems to be a fuel issue and I'd like to find out if my 87 quest is supposed to have vacuum to the fuel pressure regulator at idle or if it only receives pressure in boost to raise the fuel pressure in boost
