Magna FPR Values

During tuning of my new MPI, I noticed that the Magna FPR acts a little flaky compared to what I expected. I have an electronic fuel pressure gauge inside the car and it shows the fuel pressure to float right around 25psi at idle with the Magna FPR. I expected mid 30's like the stock TB unit. What worries me is that when I rev the engine, the fuel pressure rises very quickly to maybe 40psi without any boost??? It's giving me a little hesitiation due to the sudden fuel pressure spike. To answer some people that asked me if I needed any parts, actually yes. I need an '89 aftermarket clutch and pressure plate, an '89 engine harness ONLY, exhaust manifold for a bigger turbo. Otherwise I wouldn't mind trading for a complete running engine, tranny and everything with the engine like the engine harness and computer, intake complete, exhaust, intercooler and piping, starter and alternator.
