Check the FSM for what step to take in what order to diagnose your problem. No OD seems to be one of the biggest issues.

With the price he was asking, I doubt we had to worry about anyone getting scammed. For $1600 Id just buy new OEM wheels.

I dont think the gp sorensen kit includes the fuel line o-ring. Its been a while but im pretty sure its dealer only.

16mm i believe the pitch is 1.5 but ill have to double check. Let me see what i have left over and i can save you some money. All the fittings i used are steel. -

Use braided ptfe. You can even buy it with the smooth casing. I believe its good to 10k psi so no worries about pressure. Ill dig up more info when i get home tonight. Look at my attempt in the parts for sale section for some inspiration if youd like. -

No offense to anyones efforts but if you have a reasonable mechanical aptitude you can make them fot half of what they sell for. -

They wont have them. All of the oem places will list a part and a price but there isn't any stock in the US. This topic has been visited many times with the same results. -
The stock radiator fan mounts are brazed to the radiator. If your going through the trouble, Id have it welded. My guess is he wants to braze it because the thickness(or lack of thickness) of the oil pan.
