I don't beleive it is a factory fit. The width is much bigger than stock. The product is good though. Basicly the same as most aftermarket but not china crap.

There is a comp clutch set up in the group buy section that is top notch.I just bought one a few months ago.They are in stage 2or4 and Great Quality. Other people have liked act,fidanza,exedy(dakini). I had some good luck with centerforce daul friction that I had for awhile.

I did the same thing in my 89 manual and replaced the boost solnoid with a led to detect knock. My understanding with the manual is that when starting up to 3 or 4k the light would be on indicating low boost and then go out indicating high boost. If the light came back on after 4k then the igniter would be pulling timing and turning on the solnoid to run low boost due to knock . I thought the auto car would allow full boost from start until it detected knock and activated the solnoid to run low boost. There is some posts from like 6 years ago on this subject and some different approuches of the same mod. I will have to check my manual to confirm. When I did this mod years ago I thought the same thing that i was knocking. I even went to the extent of puting a chasis ear mic next to the knock sensor to see if i could hear a little ping.
