A/c compressors don't turn on when the freon is low and needs to be recharged. Keeps the comp from burning up due to the lack of oil and freon.

Look at the speaker terminals. If you see aftermarktet wire then try hooking them upto the factory plugs. Last person may have ran new wires while your hooked upto the stock wires.

Very slim chance of getting it back. All the guy has to do is remove the vin plate and shave the engraved vin off and he has a track bike. Hopefully the person who stolen it wrecks and becomes paralyzed.
