Just wanted to say Hi to the Starquest Club. I just recently bought a 88 Starion in mint condition and was recommended by a friend to join the club.

Pictures of when I got it before cleaning up:

I left half the side skirt dirty and cleaned the other half to show how bad it was.

And some goodies that came with the car:

And don't mind my name being FairladyZ, I also own a 84 300ZX. FairladyZ has been my common name in other car forums so I just kept it that way.

Edit: Reached my limit of posting pictures, will post more when I can. And sorry most of the pictures are from my phone camera.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. The Starion I picked up has been sitting non-op for 4 years. It's still running, I was able to drive it 370 miles back to my house.

@allen405

Z cars are nice. I'm still looking for a the 84 Anniversary Edition model of the Z31.

@Mazarin

Really? DAMN! There are some minor damage on the mud guards.

@BOHO

How would I tell if it is or not? I'm new to Starion.

BEAUTIFUL CAR!!!! and you can look in your door jamb to check what year your car was made. lets say it says--april-1988. any june and before would make it a 88. if it said september-1988 that would make it a 89

Safer to use a VIN. That is why it is there.

Yeah, you'll be surprised what things you'll find on these cars. You think you have one thing, and you'll find it's another. Panels or parts from other years are very common on one SQ.

Woops just checked my paper work. It's an 88. My bad. And my rear passenger mud guard is damage. Pictures when I get a camera.

@BOHO

No worries, I wasn't taking anything the wrong way. Thanks for giving me the heads up though.
