There is a report, but they couldn't arrest him due to no one being able to I.D him and just I.Ding the truck. I'm sure all the cops, and a bunch of the people who were helping me out saw that he was intoxicated. We're going to talk to a lawyer Monday or so.

Needing some help with some information/what to do.. I know someone here might know a ton more than me and my dad. Lets see... I got ran off the road by a 'intoxicated' driver, ran me off into a 6+ foot ditch and he kept going.. Few miles down the road he was caught in someones yard, wrecked, messed up my back/neck, and my side/hip has just started hurting where i've had problems from my pelvic kidney. Two people went and identified the truck, and it was the truck just as described before anyone saw it.. It ended up being the guys business truck he was high on pills while driving. I've already been told that they can prove it was him, so his insurance 'should' cover it? I know I should contact my insurance, but what should I do about getting this guy fired, or at least the company not allowing him to drive. He's putting many people in danger by wreckless driving, speeding down the wrong side of the road/ect.. My rims are done for, and my front/rear bumpers are messed, front fender started to wrinkle and chipped some paint off. I'm also now having white smoke coming from my car when it idles. It's cracked my turbo manifold, because I now have a huge exhaust leak. As I didn't have one before, because I JUST got it back on the road 5 minutes before I was put into the ditch I know this is probably jibber jabber, but I just got back from the hospital and I've been in a ton of pain and they gave me some loratabs. Pegged the 4G64 car out a few times, I don't have a GPS so I'm not even going to throw a number out there. We were moving pretty good though. My nitrous liter bike was geared to hell and would top out at 173.. but it would nearly do it in the 1/4 mile. I topped it out a lot on the street. I drive the Cobra like a granny, but it pulls a lot harder than the 4G car and with the 3.27 gears it makes for a VERY fun highway car.

Thanks guys. Yeah, it's fun to drive. Made it 13 hours from Orlando-area to Tenn/Alabama state line, has cruise control and heat/air so I was happy with that. Opened it up in third at 60 and it got sideways a bit on the 285s, haven't gotten on it besides that really because I'm kinda afraid to until I get some bigger tires. Completely different powerband than I'm used to with the turbo'd Starions so I'll have to adjust to that as well. The entire way back I was thinking how awesome this drivetrain would be swapped in a Starion.

Haha, I've had a change of heart. I won't be hitting the dragstrip much this year and would rather get into road racing since Barber just opened back up for motorcycle trackdays. So, I'll take $5800 cash for it. Kinda just looking for enough to buy an 06-07 Yamaha R1 with the money I get out of this. Let me know

Haha, thanks Fome. But my dad said earlier that I can sign the title over to him and put the insurance in his name, so I'm gonna do that. I'll just buy a DD with my tax return. I don't think I could let it go for $6000 anyway. Anyway, the bike's going as low as it can, extending it to 12 out and throwing some h-beam rods, s2000 fuel injectors, a bigger shot of nitrous, and we're gonna see how fast I can go on it. I'll keep everyone updated.

If he wants handling and power and doesn't mind only having two seats, maybe he should consider c5 Corvette.. which should be in similar price range as the other cars mentioned.

We've got the usual Crown Vics, but there are also two unmarked SN95 Mustangs that hang around the usual meeting spots. They've pulled me over a few times, I had no reason to run or anything so of course I pulled over. I think they were just being douchebags looking for highspeed pursuits with a motorcycle or something. It's funny because they always accuse me of running from them the day before and pressure me to "be a man and admit up to it", lol.

The gearing tops the bike out at 173 or so, but I have no doubts you could do near that in the 1/4 mile if you didn't weigh much and got a good launch on a well-prepped track. I never got a chance to take it to a 1/4 mile track (the nearest is Montgomery and that's quite a drive), but Fome (the previous owner) trapped 163 with it and he's 200+ pounds.

I took this bike as a trade at the end of last summer, and currently it's my sole means of transportation. I'm starting school again in the summer and would much rather have a car/SUV/something with a roof. Interested in nice DDs, maybe a swapped Starion or similar (I CAN add boot from my end if needed). I'd take 8000 cash OBO for it. It's a 2003 Suzuki GSX-R 1000 stroker, the previous owner is a member of this forum as Fome. The bike has cams, head work, full Hindle exhaust, a NX dry system (50 shot) with 2 custom fuel maps and two 1lb n2o bottles, a Muzzy airshifter with a Digakill and 1lb co2 bottle, -1 +3 sprockets, 6" over extenders, lowered, PowerCommanderIII. I just put a brand new Shinko Stealth U-soft on the bike. It also comes with a Hayabusa shock that I haven't installed (supposed to be better for combating wheelies off the line), an extra pair of forks that have been custom shimmed and powder coated, and an extra set of primer fairings and gas tank.
