How much torque would be required to adjust the damping screw? The more I look at your setup the more I think we could improve this thing. Even thought you have already done an excellent job to it. Maybe in the next phase two models we could make it a DC 12volt motorized forward and reverse module to adjust the dampening screw then dial in the setting from inside the car. Anyway! Just a little engineering over thinking here. Anyone else have any ideas for this adjustment out there?

Jetspd150,

that thumb screw idea is great!

not much torque is needed to turn the adjuster screws.

i ordered some knobs already.

i will try out and post some pictures.

thanks,

101, is there a possibility of ordering other springs and spring rates at a later date. What about a progressive, or a rally type spring.

They look like this. The have a stock type "progressive" winding in the springs.

hello members,

i received thumb wheels/knobs today and tried it on the prototype.

it worked fine. i was able to put my finger through the hole and easily push the wing/turn the knob.

it takes about 60 degree turn for each click.

check out the pictures below and let me know.

thanks,

Will there be a deposit prior to buying them or will it be in one lump sum? Also, how long are you going to test these before they go out?

i am thinking about receiving a full payment before i ship out the kit.

i have no problem taking deposits and payments but after i get the actual kits ready to ship out.

thanks,
