mattp_65 Posted October 24, 2022 Report Share Posted October 24, 2022 Well I pulled the trigger on a 86 starion. I think I paid a little too much but good base to start off with. Don't know exactly what I want to do yet either factory restore, 4g63 or 2J. What you guys think? What's Pros and cons on this 86? Runs and drives but misfires above a certain psi of boost(maybe above 8psi). Needs a repaint but body is straight. Only found 2 rust spots quarter size. My first car was a 84/85 technica starion but didn't know what I had at the time of 16yrs old so it got junked . I have built Mitsubishi cars before from 500hp talon to my chevy luv powered 4g63 Building The LUV . So more stuff to come on this starion aka Olive.
