That's a little on the low side but we don't know how you performed the test under what conditions with what kind of gauge. You are correct that being with 10% of each other is good. My cars are generally around 150 psi per jug, if you search on this site in other threads you'll see anywhere from 120-160. From my experience 100 psi is kind of the lower limit of getting a cylinder to fire but again, don't know how accurate your process was.

 

The FSM lists the standard value at 142 psi with a limit of at least 113 psi to specifically answer your question.

If it runs good and doesnt eject the dipstick, move on to having fun!

 

Gauges can read low/high bla bla. Could be rings, could be valves allowing the low numbers. If it runs good, press on!
