Wth would you need a in tank strainer and a cone strainer in the fuel line for if you got a filter before the fp and one after that's stock in the engine bay? Using that reasoning, why would you put another filter before the pump if you already have a strainer on the tank pickup? Not needed. What I don't think is prudent is using a plastic meant for carb applications small filter before the pump. If you feel you must have a filter there spend a little more and get a proper filter. I guess we can agree that if you are going to put a filter before the pump you need to get one that will not restrict flow for your application. ok?
