movin on
I was having trouble with the short line from the TB to filter to fuel filter leaking on a couple different lines, so I brought my fuel line to a shop to be fixed. They cut off the old end by the fuel filter and welded on -AN fittings. It was exactly $40. This is really nice, because we can't order these lines anymore. http://s18.postimg.org/gxh7fr6t1/image.jpg http://s23.postimg.org/aytbsiofr/image.jpg Edited October 29, 2013 by movin on
CaliConquestAlex
You can buy -AN banjo fittings....They have the banjo fitting and an -AN male fitting on the other end. Also, I think lowershorespoerformance sells a braided line for this exact piece. Edited October 29, 2013 by CaliConquestAlex
movin on
LSP might, but I thought he was getting out of the parts sales end of conquests. I could be wrong. One line leaked above the banjo fitting (right above the crimped end) and the other right below the crimped fitting. JAinsworth
Sorry that line leaked and cost you some $$. It was brand new and never used. Thanks for posting up a fix for the leaking line.Jimmy

movin on
I saw that on my other thread, but didn't feel like cutting apart a steel braided line and I didn't have all the tools. That is a great fix though.
89PalermoSHP
I, personally, would not use push-on type fitting on a fuel line. You can buy two ferrules for less than $.50 and either replace the rubber hose or use steel braid and take it to O'Reillys or any hydraulic shop and have it crimped. The total cost wouldn't be more than $10. Too much at stake to risk a leak.
