If you pull the rear inner hatch panel and the 2 velcro access panels you'll see a few 10mm bolts (6 I think) for each taillight. Once those are removed and you unplug the harness the light comes straight out with the old gasket slipped over the threaded rods on the taillight fixture (may stick to the car body instead though... mine fell apart.

Once removed, you slip the new gasket over the threaded stems and re-install, the threaded pegs hold the gasket in place. They'll only go on in one direction so it's impossible to get it wrong.

Pretty easy, sorry no pics.

Many sets still available, fellas!

I've never removed the tails on my car, does anyone have pics of their installation of these gaskets? I'm not understanding where they go.

Really easy to install, remove the 6 nuts and power plug, gently pry off the taillight unit.

Then peel off the crusty gasket. Replace with the new one making sure the holes line up and reverse the above procedure. Good for another 25 plus years!

Another great product N8, thanks!

Colin
