BOHO
http://store.driftmotion.com/static/i-r154to1310driveshaftyoke.php You could walk in with this.. and a spicer 1310 u joint and your factory drive shaft and see if they could make it work...If I would have had this slip yoke on me maybe mine would have done something. DieHARDmitsu.
There is a rubber grommet next to the brake booster on the firewall; left side of the tranny tunnel. Use that for your harness path. Its best to run the harness there since most plugs will get connect to the intake side of JZ motor, also less heat. Edited March 11, 2012 by DieHARDmitsu. DieHARDmitsu.
not sure if you done this already but now would be a great time to take down the oil pan clean and re seal it. Also, change the front and rear seal on the motor.

87quest_stv
Boho, Just pick up a nice 2JZ GE bottom end. swap that out with your bottom end and swap your 1jz pistons to the 2jz bottom end. Pistons are the same between engines. You can probably find a nice 2jz ge bottom end for a couple hundred. That's the route I'm taking.
BOHO
I was just asking about dimensions because I was going to buy mounts from Vette but don't want my driveshaft to be too short. Edited March 15, 2012 by BOHO
