Starting my 2jz/R154 swap

so i need to pull the trans back out

 

i did not know that i needed to put sealer on the flywheel bolts

 

so i am going to pull the trans tomorrow and seal the flywheel bolts

 

all my other parts should be here monday

 

then ill be makeing more progress

ill try to get some pics up soon

 

been working alot of hours at work then staying late to work on the quest

 

anyways everything is done with the exception of the tail shaft mount,drive shaft, exhaust and the hooking up the cooling fans

well not even cause i found 36 dollars in the car

it was a tow away and i buy the cars from the tow company if there not claimed by the owenrs

well i drove the car home from work tonight

 

its about 20 miles each way

 

it ran great

 

i have a vibration in the rear of the car feels like the drive shaft when i push the clutch in it does not go away

 

but it does come and go with different rpms

vibration is gone and man do i love the way the car drives now

 

it was a defective rear u-joint

 

all i have left is to clean up my wiring under the dash and put the evap box back up in and im done

 

ill get more pics up in a day or 2
