Oh yes, Its here. Even though you never thought it could ( or should ) happen. Born of the similar soft "o" sound in Tron and Con, and a flat black Conquest with no determined purpose. Its not finished and I will probably redo alot of the patterns, but I just had to show you guys.

Enjoy.

Most of these pics were taken with ISO 3200 and F-stop at 5.0 for the most low light ability. That is why the sky seems to glow in a few. I adjusted the camera settings as I went on the others.

Hehehe, This has been about the response that I was expecting.

I think its funny, but cool too. It doesnt really glow as bright in real life as it shows in the pictures. What is shown is really due to the long exposure of the photography.

In real life it looks kind of erie, kind of like moon light shining through tree branches. Over the satin black paint, the lines pop, and the sheet metal disappears.

The full plan is the install the suspension from my red Tsi, white 17" cobra R's that I used to run, and finally build the 4g64 for this car.

I hope to make the TRONquest a well know car.

BTW, it is glow tape like Roberto mentioned, but not from lowes. I got it online. There is 210 ft on the car now and I still need to do the passenger side, install and tape up a different front bumper/ air dam, and redo the hood and roof.

And come on, 80's car, 80's movie refrence. Good stuff.

I think if you drove that down the interstate, you'd get pull over real quick. Cop of course would most likely just come up to your window laughing his brains out! Shoot, I know I'd be rolling from laughter if I saw that down the highway!

and yes, I gotta second, "How bored were you?"

I like it! I especially like the pics that have the blue light reflections in it too.

If you want to get really carried away with it, they make paints that are glow in the dark also, and the paint tends to have better longetivity than the decals, as the decals will degrade over time due to UV damage unless you clear coat over the decal.
