Considering their slow/rough start and then for them to come back, scoring the wildcard seat, and then taking the win in the world series. The last three games were some of the most intense games i have seen in a long time. I am happy to see the Card's win although I am not really a card's fan. They played their tail's off, i commend them for that. I also have to give props to their coach, Tony La Russa- he is a stand up guy who brought YEARS of experience along for the ride. Well played! Haven't followed the Cards for decades but it bought back fond memories of listening to them on KMOX radio with my grandpa on his old tube radio. Ah, good old Harry Caray...HOLY COW!!
