Great pics guys and Nicole. Keep um coming!!! A special thanks to Mizz Dont/ Nicole for spending time throughout the entire four days (as our "volunteered" photographer for the meet) for taking such great pictures. I can't wait to see the rest of them.

Thanks,

Bill

While this thread is still hot with steam coming off it i feel its a good time to announce that for 2012 the meet will be moving to a new location , those involved feel that to give others a chance to attend this now popular West coast SQ event and keeping it fresh so for 2012 the venue will be Lake Tahoe ,Northern Nevada , check it out on Mapquest ,for this event i will be stepping aside and letting others take over the "getting it all together" chores ,as for 2010 and 2011 it has been nothing but my pleasure in making both years Westcoast Nats happen, make it work and to meet all you fantastic fun people ,so its now time for me to sign off from meet duties with memories i will cherish for all time and thanks to each and everyone of you great boys and girls,

Scotty Gibb :) see y'all in 2012 with my kilt still very much ON ! :o OH NO !!!!!

Ok guys i will talk to the other homeez about a Mesquite "3" for 2012 , its a very popular venue going by the feedback ive been getting the past couple of days but i also agree Lake tahoe is a SUPERB choice for 2012 ,I'll get with the NORCAL peeps and we'll announce something about it in the near future .

Agreed Scotty. We will all have to get together and start getting ideas on Venues and activities to do. Im sure we will all be in contact with each other. South Lake should be pretty cool. Its like a mini Vegas. Plenty of casinos to gamble and party at. I think the hardest thing to figure out is planning a bunch of activities and coming up with back up ideas incase things fall through

Sounds good Sotty! I could always do the fly there thing like Bill too. Or, I could fly to Vegas and drive one of yours! :) Ha Ha! Just be sure to have an extra set of keys handy! I do realize there aren't many of us coming from CO, so it is best to give the majority a shorter ride. 14 isn't out of the question, but a bit on the far side to make me want to bring a chase vehicle parts warehouse and a tool truck!

Mizz Don't: I see your location now. I was just over there a few months ago on a job at DOW. I could've visited with yooz guys then. :(

Oh nice DOW is about 5 miles from our house! Scott (Scotty Dont) actually used to work there. He works in the refinerys and moves around every once and a while. What were you doing at DOW? Next time stop by the "Dont's" house :)

LOL... "14 hour drive" according to Google maps it's a 19 hour drive to Vegas for us... Tahoe would be a cool place to see as I've never been there before. But I'll go anywhere the bros are!! Brolife.

It's "only" a 39 hour drive from North Carolina. :D

LoL on the 39 hours! I would then need a bank to follow me just for the gas!

Yeah Robert, google says 7.5 to Mesquite from my house, and we did it in 6.5 with two stops. 14 is probably more like 11-12 for us. I'm on the west slope of CO. SubZero and especially BrazilBoy are on the east side over there. It would be about 14 for SZ I think, and about 16 for BB.

Pikes Peak is where I grew up. At least I think I'm grown up?

Yokomo: Yes, there are some serious nice roads out here. Western slope near Ouray, Ridgeway, Telluride is very nice. We have the million dollar highway just 40 minutes from my house. It goes over Red Mountain Pass, and on through Silverton to Durango. Lots of cool mountain roads that the SQ loves about 9 months out of the year. If you're ever out here, be sure to get ahold of me.
