brewer
Wish I was close to this one. One owner, original and unmolested. What are thoughts on price? badazzquest
No under hood pics, no interior pics and all high camera angles.....Hiding something or not good at pics? lol Seems high priced. Will need fuel system gone thru and possibly engine gaskets.
MikeMeyerhoff
Very sharp looking and original owner. I too would like interior and underhood pics, but I doubt the fuel system/gaskets are a problem. "its stored winters last eight years" is a lot different than "has been parked for 8 years". Wonder what this one will go for http://cgi.ebay.com/...5fCarsQ5fTrucks Thought it was the "Pepboys Special" rearing it's ugly head because of the chrome wheels.Looks like it's an 85.5, could be $1500 well spent.Colin
mrvwbug
I can't tell, but I think this one has been butchered. The hood scoop the rear spoiler if for an '86 it appears. I have not seen an 85.5 with that kind of a spoiler on it. Plus where is the side molding? This one would cost ya $2000.00 minimum to make it right with doing all the work yourself. I'm thankful I got mine the way I did... Oh well still very rare. Cheers, Slim Jim
Dred_85.5_TSI
no its the same car, they stripped off all the chrome vents and trim. the guy that bought it was on here and I think he is selling it. note the picture in the avatarMy link Edited June 15, 2011 by Dred_85.5_TSI
