I think you need to create a topic in a place where people will actually check it and read to get your answers. It sounds like your best bet imo is to go back to stock and start from there. At his point the MAFT and other things are simply going to complicate you finding out whats wrong.

Thanks Allen. .I did end up posting a thread in the adv. mechanic but I haven't gotten any further with solving the issue. I've decided to start working on a MPI to rid all these sensors this thing has lol. So if anyone has parts or wants to shed some knowledge on the matter go ahead and post it here. I'm still reading through all the previous threads but it wouldn't hurt to have everyones highlights. .I'll be updating the thread as I go. Well then I got my car running quite well recently. Put my stock maf back on and adjusted my wastegates actuator. Now she's right around 10 during wot throttle and boosting just about 10psi. Anyway odds are I'll leave the car as is for now during my time getting together everything I need to go MPI..I've fallen for my car all over again lol.

I know it man, Getting the car straightened out and resprayed is definitely on my to do list but, performance and driveability is my priority. I'll take your number down though your not to far.

Agreed it's very well crafted. I'm lucky to have acquired one.

So now I'm just trying to decide what I'll have as brains for the car with this conversion...

Aem vs MegaSquirt, hopefully soon I can make a decision and get this ball rolling.

Here's also an update I failed to post, this is a sound clip from my exhaust when I first started on it (unfinished, this was 2.5" piping from the cat-back all before the pre-cat was hollowed out and I had a hf Magnaflow cat put on)

Well I took some photos last night, finally! Although not nearly as epic as Roberts' shots (thanks to our light pollution out here in CA) I think they came out alright..my first shot caught a little to much and had a slight vibration..didn't realize it until I uploaded it. Anyway here's that one:

Update*

 

Since my last post @scott87star has finished off production on my MegaSquirt v.3 ecu and coil on pack ignition so that will be here shortly and I'll be much closer to the end my mpi conversion. :D

Just need some misalliances parts (MM dizzy, larger intercooler+pipes, throttle body, and injectors) and I'll begin with surgery :P
