conquestador89
These RCAs (Roll Center Adjusters, or Bump Steer Spacers as the 510 guys call 'em) are designed to get rid of that pesky bump steer on your lowered vehicle The alignment sleeves are solid milled into the unit, so they will not get lost or come off. We also added a larger alignment ring for the center of the unit, to provide even more shear protection than other RCAs on the market. These RCAs will NOT move or become mis-aligned, no matter how hard you drive. Comes with all mounting hardware - four new grade 8 bolts and lock washers.need 10 members to make it happen...looking around $80 shipped in usa and $102 shipped to anywhere in the world by Airmail.thanks Richardlooks similar to thesehttp://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr91/conquestador619/rca_02.jpghttp://i473.photobucket.com/albums/rr91/conquestador619/rca_01.jpglist for 25mm spacer1.conquestador892.D_Venable 3.JohnnyWadd4.Dan5.patra_is_here6.lionbull7.Crazy Quest8.attack vector9.theboyo1910.keben11.BlackAndBoosted12.ono13.AUSSIEOLDIE14.fuze15.sleeper tsi Edited July 27, 2012 by conquestador89

D_Venable
101 did some of these and there was an issue with running 7" rims. Will these clear the 7" wheel? I am interested in a set. To get them to clear a stock front 7" rim, they need to be less than 0.7" thick. I have a set of MK1 RCAs on my 88, and at .687" the tie rod end was just touching the rim on the 7... http://26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10030/DSCF5634.jpghttp://26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10030/DSCF5633.jpg Front 7 http://26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10030/DSCF5631.jpg front SHP 8 didn't seat all the way on the hub... http://26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10030/DSCF5630.jpg But I've got the 18's on that car... http://26liter.us/gallery/albums/userpics/10030/DSCF5635.jpg I test fit a rear 8 up front too, which is what I think most of the buyers of mookeeh's RCAs where running, and they cleared just fine (no pics taken of that though)
conquestador89
so how thick do you guys want the spacer to be in mm????their standard spacers are 35mmm...the turn around time will be 2wks Edited October 16, 2010 by conquestador89
D_Venable
I'm game for whatever is produced, some quick measurements I just took off Technology's car, and test fits from a few years ago above, yielded this... SHP front 8's can fit ONLY 10mm non-SHP front 7's can fit 15-17mm (mookeeh's were 17.5mm) My flatty (and likely most guys running non-SHP rear 8's) can go as big as desired (my tie rod end is not inside the rim) Is offering multiple thicknesses an option, because I'd like to get some in the 20-25mm range, but I know a majority of these guys will only want 10mm as that's all SHP wheels will allow Edited October 16, 2010 by D_Venable
conquestador89
is that without wheel spacers???for 10 orders it's only for 1 size... Edited October 16, 2010 by conquestador89
D_Venable
yeah, no wheel spacers ok, from the looks of it, we'll be going with 10mm. If that's the case, I MIGHT be down for 2 sets (stackem up) Does anyone want to double check that measurement for me?
conquestador89
I was looking in getting at least 25mm spacer...don't wanna buy 2 sets...have wheel spacers if I wanted to put shp's..
Convette
10mm isn't even worth it

RF600
Do we know what size these will be? I'm interested depending on size.
D_Venable
what size do you want, because it's gonna have to be a compromise of all those interested. I know anyone wanting these running SHPs with no spacers are gonna have fitment issues. Personally, I'd like 20-25mm for my flatty
satty07
Make em big. For the people that actually need them, not the people that think they're slammed on a two inch drop...
Technology
Ok, since satty said I'm not low enough to notice bump-steer, please remove me from the list. I will spend the 80 bucks on more -10 fuel line fittings.
Killtodie
yeah, apparently I was wrong about this too. for some reason I thought this was that hydraulic thing that dampens feed back to the steering wheel. unless I get those coilovers..... hopefully this will be around over winter
